Japan’s NTT Docomo has joined together with “Seventeen” magazine to release a new FOMA branded clamshell phone for girls. The Foma SH-05B features a small monochrome display on the outside and a larger 3.0-inch TFT display on the inside. The 3G-ready phone comes equipped with a 5MP camera, a microSD card support (up to 16GB), GPS and Bluetooth.

Here’s a look at Alcatel’s upcoming Android smartphone ‘OT-980′. This entry-level phone features a QVGA resistive touchscreen display, a 600MHz processor, a 2MP camera, an accelerometer sensor, a 192MB of RAM, a microSD card slot, A-GPS, WiFi, 3G, a 3.5mm headset jack and runs on Android 1.6 OS.

According to rumors, HTC will launch a new smartphone namely the HTC Trophy. Measuring at only 11-mm thick, the phone has a 3-inch VGA capacitive touchscreen, a full QWERTY keyboard, and a 5-megapixel Auto Focus camera. The HTC Trophy is powered by a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset with a 512MB of flash memory, and a 256MB of RAM. Other specs include WiFi b/g, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, Dual band (900/2100) WCDMA/HSPA, Quad band GSM/EDGE, and a Motion G-sensor.
